This Monday, September 9th, we’ll be providing you with some tools to help you with tracking deer. Both what to look for when hunting and how to follow the sign and after you have made you shot.

This includes identifying the animal from sign left behind from prints, scat, debris. Then ascertain it’s, DOT, LKP, PLS, through pointers, gates, markers, to name a few of the terminologies to describe what we are looking for to follow. We’ll also discuss important steps to take after you shoot a deer and what to look for to retrieve it.
